I don't have many positive things to say about how things here in my beloved MWO are being run these days, between ludicrist balance proposals and the ridiculous second coming of the LRM meta, but one thing stays on point so I think that it deserves some mention. PGI Customer Service is on point if you take the time to contact them about the things that they can fix. I have had a couple issues with the latest batch of sales going on, I guess that I am too old to care about whatever time zone that these run in and it remains a mystery to me. I every case, GM Patience has helped me out and responded immediately to my emails.

To note, if you meant to take advantage of a certain sale and missed it by a couple hours...give them a ring. They want to make it easy for you to give them your cash and actually have a policy about making it easy for you. Go ahead. Don't be shy.

PGI customer service has always been great, I say that without sarcasm. Like you, I find most of PGI's track record with MWO development a wash, but customer care has been consistently great since the beginning.

They always seemed cool headed though.

I sure hope their service reps don't remember me if I opt to pop by MechCon some time!

I don't think I'm looking at the same customer support group you guys are looking at. Anytime a lot of the guys I play with need something from customer service, we wait a month with no response and then have to tweet bombard Russ.

Always good to me. Even if I didn't agree with outcome super nice.
I asked for a refund on my protector when it came out. They said no. It still sucks.
I asked for a swap of my dire wolf when it came out. They gave me the storm crow and kept the dw. Haven't touched dw in years.
Asked when a mad dog was coming out when I didn't spend $ on both packages. They gave me the invasion one. I have since bought both other heroes.
So 1 no and 2 freebies. Not bad.

I've had nothing but positive interactions with the CS department.

When this circus tent falls down, at least they, and the artists, will be able to get a good job......

Yes, I found them very helpful in solving an ongoing disconnect issue I was having.

If every costumer support was good as PGI's the world would have been a much better and happier place today. At least I would think so.

Funny because I think customer service is their weakest department by far other than balancing. Their customer service usually takes a while to respond and only occasionally has actually helped me.

You guys need to play some subscription MMOs where the customer service is actually amazing and worth praising.

I've had mostly positive dealings with cs. As long as you're being polite and such they can do miracles for you. Send them an angry rant filled d-bag request and you'll incur their wrath. Always be the nice guy on cs.

I've only ever found them helpful with things within their control (so high ticket/workload aside - but they still always get to me eventually). They are polite and professional, and always trying to make the customer happy.

Patience is a great CSA, has helped me with a few purchase screw-ups and gave me some very useful info when I didn't know it even existed.

CS is the only set of PGI employees I've had a universally positive experience with. Top notch all the way.

Last year I was tired and misclicked the activate ALL premium time button instead of the logout button. This broke my heart because I like to release what I have left in 30 day chunks.

I emailed support and they put it all back the next morning.

Haven't had to email them for anything else though, so I'll just assume they're pretty decent.
