How I'm expected to level up my skill tree and earn cbills without playing? At least add some missions with bots to earn XP with.

There is currently a FP event running which attracts alot of Solo Q players, but also without FP event I would always toggle on NA Servers as a european too. Also without event you can have sometimes very long wait times on european servers.
Just a hint:
You may want to try FP mode where you can get some nice rewards (MC/Cbills), but beware, the skill level there is higher than in Solo Q, so expect strong players.

Sun and more...
So many peoples chill on Lakes and Sea. (Bikini Time

And many Players in Europe arnt young, so the go out with her family and friends by good weather and dont want do play 24/7 MWO.
And its Barbecue Session.
Wait for Autumn and Winter so they will come back in game.

Well, it does also depends at which time you are playing.
I wouldn't expect insta-drops in this game around at noon (CEST), because most players have a job and have to work at this time, or they are on vacation and doing something better than playing MWO.
Usually it does get better from 16:00 (CEST) and onwards, but still I would suggest to keep NA servers toggled on too for faster drops...

So tick the N/A server?
Problem solved, instantly.

.....UK, I don't have time for a day trip to the coast, and there is normally no reason for us to install air con in our homes.
We were woefully unprepared for this heatwave.

Try to keep cool and safe as best you can, then.

Of course I would if I wanted to, but I'm also paying about .30 US$ per kWh in Germany
Also what Lily said, some summers are locked to rainy days and not uber hot at all
It's not something you can count on, all hangs considered having a fireplace is a way better investment
Now having a good quality fan did pay off this summer though
