Bug - Stealth Armor And Conquest

OK, just encountered a bug that likely cost us the match in FP where I was completely unable to capture any points in Conquest mode after a while. As far as I can tell, this is what happened:

First Drop - Locust Pirate's Bane with Stealth Armor.

Ran around for a good 5-8 minutes capturing points, alternately switching on/off my Stealth Armor as needed. Capped several points with no problems.


Died while Stealth Armor was active - This is the important part




Second Drop - Spider 5K(C) - no stealth armor

I went to at least 3 different capture points, and in none of them could I capture the point. The laser box remained red and unblinking. It was like stealth armor was still active, but without the "NO CAP STEALTH" warning box present on my HUD.





Hope this is helpful, because it was incredibly harmful to my team's efforts that one of their fastest light mechs couldn't do its job to cap Conquest points.

If there is a different place that this should be posted in order for the right people to see it, please let me know.

Yes, it is a known bug. People have posted about it, I have expereinced it, but PGI hasn't fixed it yet.

Happened to me exactly as described!

First drop, died in a stealth Pirate's bane locust with active stealth armor.

Second drop, regular locust, no stealth, could not cap.

This is not the only bug tho..

Also got first capture and capture rewards when I was no where near a capture point.
