Just clicked and saw it. Why loyalty is rewarded with items of opposite force? Is it some kind of bug or stupid joke?

Because the rewards are static, not changing based on your faction. Everyone gets the same rewards. Not a bug.

On Day 5 Siege you get the Clan Wolf versions of those items.
It's also not even close to the first time they've given away faction items in events either.

So what are you complaining about exactly?

Often those complaining don't actually know why or looked at the bigger picture/understand how ingame restrictions work etc etc etc.
