I stay in Malaysia, just to report that over the last 1 week I have been getting very poor ping at oceanic server, from average 100 previously to 500 recently.
For North America and European Servers I am doing 300-350, which as been consistent ping for me since the beginning.
Anyone experience the same issue?
It is not playable for me at oceanic server now, I have to unchecked this server for time being.

It has been like this for 2-3 months or so 
My ping to NA and Europe is better than to Oceanic despite sitting next to Singapore and Aus!
