I had a good impression overall on the mobility changes. Cataphract (0XP) twists better, Griffin (2N) moves better. Locust (3V) moves like the wind again. Good changes. Numbers may need some more massaging by the mathletes among us. Not a job for this potato.

My one suggestion:

IS Class I and Class II Jump Jets need a significant buff. Currently it is not worth taking them on my Highlander (732) or my Victor (9B) for anything other than breaking a fall so as not to shatter my fat legs. You want assaults to be a factor in mobility and have character, increase effectiveness of the big Jump Jets.
