Instead of begging for help you could have been dropping this whole time winning free c-bills and MC in the ongoing event. The mode is flooded with neophytes. There is no better time.

What is hard to understand about bringing four mechs on a known map and shooting? Its up to you to observe what works and modify your behavior. Its not rocket science.

Truth is that it is just far easier to learn the game with people who know, than it is to read a bunch of docs some of them of very questionable content (I love Kana but please ignore all of his CW advice).

MS has a continual thread going and are probably the best unit that works with new people. HHoD (where I came from) is great and have actual training for basics but are IS loyalists.
