I've been noticing that when I get killed sometimes I'm unable to spectate. When this happens the screen just shows my dead mech and I can't do anything until the match is over. Don't recall seeing this until this last patch.

Problem Confirmed... particularly when you press the 'Escape' Key, and then click the "Click To Spectate" Button while that menu is up. Also, this has been going on since long before this Patch, by many months!

This bug is still in game... happened a few times today.
