Is a bit hot. But a flexible build over all.
Yeah I know you'll have to learn to aim

This build was amazing in the recent pts but it struggles in live
Having lower arm actuators with the lbx's makes this mech amazingly effective against incoming light mechs though so it's a decent rear guard

Otherwise the dual gauss 3 ERLL is solid. 2LBX10, 2largepulse, 1 ERPPC is ok too.

It's not great for mid range but it supports a decent long range build (though the MC MKII does that better) and a strong brawl setup.

If he wants a 90 ton Clan brawler, I'd suggest him the Keeper instead.

You can fit Artemis into those four launchers if you want, at the expense of some heat, or speed. IMO Clan Assault brawlers should have Artemis on those CSRM6s.

The Keeper is a strong choice but I've consistently found the Boiler a better performer. Better profile, the mounts give tighter SRM and MPL grouping. You can actually put your torso mounts on an ankle-biting Piranha and with the JJs and squat build you'll spread damage to arms and legs + torsos. Plus the ability to put out 41pts accurately on 1 component at 500m helps a lot on closing. CAC10 doesn't have ballistic drop.
I always find HGN IIC to be so CT fragile.
