So I was thinking about solution:
1. Add classical Team Death Match. Two team, two RANDOM starting locations. Simple search and destroy without any distracting bases.
2. Assault modification. Only ONE base at RANDOM location. One team defend second attacks. Additionally there would be no base rushing.
By RANDOM I mean few logical preselected location where there is place for a base.
It would be far more interesting if you need to find your enemy firs, lights would be of great use.
3. At his point I would leave Conquest alone, eventually I would add re spawn but that is a matter for different topic
