Event Injections Missing And Not Displayed

Hi there,
since the weekend warriors event something with the Goody injection seems funny. I got some of the items from the weekend warrior event (wasn't able to check if all the C-bills came in) but there was no more injection notice, as it used to be.
for the anniversary challenges event, no injections at all came in, although my ingame tracker and the website says "redeemed".
can we have some information pls if that will be injected all together after the even or if something went wrong there?

Have you tried to Re-Login and then check your Cockpit Item pool once more? :o
