Well, since this is a real painting from real author from medieval, I can't seem to share the same enthusiasm as you. These people probably existed.

Blackfire1: I found some pictures of that guy and I must say, he is not all that great, but hey, you are an artist and you know better than me. One way or another, I do not find those pics interesting and I am teen, so..

Lets be grateful that we were not born back in these times, lol even if you were in the right to defend yourself back then would you boot someone off that ladder? It is a siege after all, one side is attacking and one defending.

Kidding aside though, its just part of history and you do have to admire the "attackers" courage for climbing those ladders even though I'm guessing only a small percentage actually made it to the top.

This is terribly OT but just wanna say that the attackers actually won that battle
all of the Templars/Hospitalliers were slaughtered.

I wouldn't have climbed the ladder. I'd have been smart enough to bring something with Jump Jets.
