For some reason, I haven't been able to get on Frozen City all weekend to finish the event. I've gotten everything else. Just couldn't get on this map. Normally, I will get this map 2 or 3 times a night without trying. Weird.

I gave up on trying. I just play at my own pace and if the maps I need get picked then so be it.

The only one I didn't get was Viridian Bog. It only came up twice. The second time I had a 5x multiplier and it still got out voted by mining collective. Frozen City I got at least 3 times just last night. Which was fair enough since I was trying to shoot down missiles at that point. Piranha with laser AMS worked out decently. Let me wait until people were opened up while supporting the team by shooting missiles. We lost but I got 3 kills before it was over and 230 missiles shot down.

I think bunch of us need to start similar topics like "SURPRISINGLY HARD TO GET XXXXXX FOR THE EVENT", Caustic Volley for me - cant get it 2 days in a row.

I saw Frozen City come up for selection TWICE.. TWICE. The first time I thought we had it then bang.. HPG... the second time it rolled from high to med to low then bang!! Gotta it by 1 percent...

I couldn’t get caustic no matter what my multiplier was....because it didn’t come up as a vote option but twice in 25+ games. However, Scouting (FW mode) saved the ability to finish this event for a few players, including me. Quick matches and forest, terra therma, caustic, polar and frozen all come up frequently in the random rotation. 3 quick scouting matches got me the last two maps I needed.

OP: i missed on the Forest.. ohh well, lost 100 MC (crap didn't think about trying scouting! good thinking, i'll bank that info for next time)

Actually played for like, 5 hours tonight, just to get one single Frozen City.. missed it 7 times when it came up.. Very frustrating.

You'd think PGI would learn better by now to not make events that feature certain maps without weighting those maps.. but..

Oh well.. :/
