[General Solo]

Hi
Was tinkering with some mechs and noticed that when I added a Targeting Computer saved and then moused over moi PPC their was no projectile velocity boast in mechlab.

I played with skills, no skills, quirks and no quirks.
In testing ground I couldn't see a difference between TCVII or no.
In the mean time I'll try some game time too

Tested again its works thou would be good if it showed up in mech lab

TC boost do not show in mechlab, only once you are in game/testing ground. It goes for velocity and for laser range boost. This is not a new feature.

still a feature, totally not a bug someone is too lazy to correct..
