Hello all,
I was wondering if anybody else has this problem. It seems that when I redeem my c-bill rewards through the website they never get injected. I am going to contact support about it, but was just curious to see if anybody else has this problem?

You just made me think I could have been robbed millions cuz I never check 
plus it's difficult to keep track of what I have ingame before clicking on redeem on the website.
These days I redeem from the game, but check from the website. At least in the game I can see my cbills/gxp/mc tick upwards as the game redeem the rewards 1 by 1.

When you redeem through the web site you need to go through a loading screen to receive your stuff, going into training grounds and back does the trick.
