So the annual customer appreciation rewards injection is on November 13th and i have
bought all sorts of mech packs and mech bundles and i looked at which rewards i will be getting
and i am getting all of them except The Warhammer.
And it says its because i have not purchased any Inner Sphere Top Tier Collection/pack.

i am having a brain fart right now. What do they mean by Inner Sphere Top Tier Collection?
Can anyone let me know of one? I have bought many IS and Clan Mech packs including all sorts of hero mechs etc..

But im missing the top tier inner sphere collection.

Which packs are those?

You need either 2 collector packs (the one that gets you the 'S' variant of a base mech) or 6 of a combination of resistance heroes, reinforcements mech pack add-ons, or hero mech pack add-ons.

For example I bought the Vulcan collector pack ($40) and the Champion collector pack ($40), so I'm qualified. I could also have bought the base $20 packs of those, plus the heroes and reinforcements for both (making four of the six needed for the alternate requirement), and bought two Resistance Heroes to add up to six and qualify that way.

Wierd. I have bought many IS Base packs in the past year. Hell every Mech thats come out in the past two years i have basically bought before they came out for c bills from the site. But i have never bought any of the champion packs or collectors packs. I always stuck with the Standard packs that come with 3 standard variants of whatever the mech was.
So i need to purchase two IS Collector or two IS Champion packs to qualify?

I just upgraded 2 standard light mech packs. Didn't cost me that much.

Oh you know what i am stupid. I didnt read the tiny print on the page. It said exactly what you just told me.

The Champion is the mech that was just released today; it's not a type of mech pack.

You need to buy either two collector packs, or 6 of any combination of Resistance Hero mechs, meck pack reinforcements add-on, or mech pack hero add-ons.
