In 3060, there was enough stolen and salvaged mechs for some groups to include clan mechs in their companies - same for the clan.

What if FW decks allowed for 1 mech from the other faction to be included?

It'd be really weird for an IS team to drop against the Clans and be faced with 12 Annihilators.... :) (Although that would actually be way more accurate than Clans facing them on the IS side, since it's a post-exodus design that the Wolf's Dragoons mistakenly brought back with them, but which never existed in the Inner Sphere, otherwise).
