I was thinking about what I would like to see in Solaris and I know its unlikely that this would happen but I thought I'd throw it out.

Note - This would be an additional way to play, and not replace the existing solaris.

For this League, money is tracked separately from any ones bank account.

Each person starts the League with a single stock mech (I'd lean towards medium IS old Tech)

Modifications can only be made to the mech with money you win from each combat

You can sell the mech and use your winnings to buy a new mech of any class or tech, but you have to earn your way into it.

Allow bolt-ons and one shot cammo patterns to be purchased with c-bills earned during the season. Much more difficult, allow one shot paints and decals (difficult because there currently isn't a one shot paint or decal option built in)

At the end of the season, if you've played X games (10 or so) you get to keep your mech and whatever credits you earned.

I would love some sort of actual hard roleplay mode with repairs and whatnot.
