I think right now mwo is mediocrily better then those games just cause it hasn't really done what those currently have for games (DI on mobile only, fo76 is just a hacked up fo4 mmo mod, cod4 patched in lootboxes after release, etc.)
Sure it hasn't done much, but the trickle is still better then those guys.

I wonder if mw5 will actually have a better launch, even if it's small and unobtrusive by just being mediocre...

As long as there are no microtransactions after MW5 is released with full price, it is already better than those Activision/EA **** ups, in my book.

Also MW5 will open the door for porting over MWO from this garbage of an engine to Unreal 4, and I am more interested than that.

I suspect we will see some bugs. Even top rated companies these days have bugs in their games. Probably because the developers are pressed so hard by the corporate mindset to post ever greater profits. So while PGI is taking their time. They aren't a big company. There will be some bugs. Just as long as they're not widespread unplayable bugs it's fine provided hotfixes are launched quickly enough. Because widespread bugs will taint the reviews to negative fast. Not including all the diehard haters who will go out of their way to pay full price just to trash PGI.

They trying to deliver on an homage to MW4 Mercs. Where as Bethesda seems bound and determined to move away from the traditional RPG single play game. :/

And Diablo Immortal is just a low effort cash grab for Blizz/Activision and Netease. Since Netease already had diablo clones with diablo mechanics. And Blizz has all the actual diablo art assets. It's just easy money. And they don't care about fan outrage, which mostly in the West. They're going for that Asian mobile market big money.

You're comparing an already released 5 year-old minimally viable product of a game that has a pitiful player base to games that have yet to be officially released and already declare that the former is "mediocrily better"?

And now for the big announcements for mech-con.

MW5 for playstation.

I know im sending this as a joke but any game that doesn't target the console market is missing a massive player base.

If they're smart they would do it for consoles then do a half made junk port over to pc like most games are doing today. I personally wouldn't buy it but most people would.
