Didn't someone once say that repeating the same negative activity over and over again; and, expecting a different outcome, defines insanity???

To be honest, what you described is exactly the reason "entire teams" left the game. It wasn't population: it was the process itself that became so toxic, everyone left.... And, in leaving, the only people left were those whom enjoy being as they are......

You reap what you sow..... and now, it's an empty place, eh?!
