True, but I'm not asking for just one single Mech Chassis and/or Variant to be singled out... particularly NOT in a "Marked ONLY for Execution" manner, now that you've given me some pause for thought. (Thanks, by the way, big time! I'm giving your post a 'Like' just for that!!!) There's like 12 New Variants in total across several Chassis, and I thought it might help people get their game on (plus, maybe be more attracted to playing) without resorting to Escort Game Mode. It might even cause some people to evolve their learning of a Chassis's Variants more rapidly, because some do better when their Mech gets put to the ultimate test during a Match. Plus, PGI could very equally set up a Challenge for successfully keeping one on your own Team alive to the point of a Match's Ending. That way, there's BOTH something for the Hunters (Killing Blow and/or KMDD, possibly even including Kill Assist in order to prevent the contention that we saw in the past) and for the Hunted (managing Survival to a Match's End), as well as anyone who would defend a Prime Target (again, keeping a Teammate in one of those Mech Variants alive to a Match's Ending) on the field. After all, Teamwork is a necessary thing to survive and attain a Match Victory... So I figure, why not create a situation that actively promotes and/or requires it, plus is still easy to finish like the Challenges currently being given to the New Mech Owners? :D

As it stands, Escort needs to be turned into a Symmetric-type Game Mode anyway. It won't be a very big thing until it is, and I'm still seeing people garner dislike over it. That's something I would enjoy having seen being fixed. -_-

dev hunt gets boring real fast. :/

Perhaps Matt could get a weekend event going where some of the devs jump in QP, solo+team, and FP!
Make it an event to take a screenshot of dev on your team, and also a screenshot of dev on enemy team?
Maybe some a community effort one over the weekend where if enough other players post a screenie of certain dev, or dev in certain mech (or on specific day) then everyone would get that bonus if they played during event (or on that day, as in played 10 matches) because its a community thing.
(Sort of similar to this years Trick or Treat IIII mech screenies event.)

Screenshot doesn't count if:
- dev's mech is destroyed.
- red team screenies must show dev name and mech variant (so press "R").
- Must give time, date, match, and server (ie. Nov 15, 2018 8:20pm EST QP Solo NA)

Have to admit, the Loyalty Javelin is allot more fun than I thought it would be.

Hey before any of the new forecasted events pop, please remember to look at doing away with the 10 game probationary period if any of the events are faction play please.

Got lucky and got the right game (team moved as a group, found a isolated target to harass) only had one one bad game so out of my first five.

Shouldn't doing 2,000 damage in the VGL-1(S) also finish the 1,000 damage for the regular VGL-1?

No, this hasn't ever worked. Thats why it is important to not sell the non (S) variant if you get a collectors or ultimate package.

Hey, PGI Staff, is there any chance we could get an Extension on the Sale that's running because of this Event Set? I think it would encourage more purchases on your Back In Black MC Sale, as well as provide a little more thinking time that people may need on any purchases of the (C-Bill) Mechs and/or (MC) Mechs on Sale which are associated with the Loyalty Rewards which others received. Some people (unfortunately myself included) may be hesitant to purchase those at the moment because they are trying to find a suitable use for them. :huh:

...because I feel like that Sale expired too soon. I still can't believe it took me 5 Days from the earlier item to mentally catch back up, but I guess the "Mech_Con Daily Challenges Event" has been quite the thought-grabber. :o

I think the Vapor Eagle is great.... Have had a few 1000+ damage matches and many 800+ damage matches (sans consumables) in unskilled Vapor Eagles. It is a bit more sluggish than the huntsman yes. All mediums are a bit large. Volumetric scaling does them no favors. The scaling is, in large part, why mediums can be very difficult to run.
