Im not on right now but if it says its good I have never seen it wrong.
You will get a maintenance message if you can't connect even if servers are up. For example if you have a firewall up you will see this message.

Thanks, was my Kaspersky. This tool drives me crazy since days. Can't also not connect to my local server.
