Huntsman is a better jumping streak boat nowadays. 6 x SSRM6s for just a 50 ton mech

Depends.

SMN has better quirks and between 15-30% better mobilty quirks from accell to torso twisting etc.

Either way nothing wrong with it.

Their very tanky IMO you can spread or dodge that incoming fire pretty good.

Equip Streaks and a TAG.

Hang behind your team's fatmechs.

Wait for MG lightmech to appear behind fatmechs.

Give Lightmech surprise b***secks.

Improve KDR with a healthy gut-laugh. Win accolades from LRM Fatmech teammates.

Feel pride in creating 'Role Warfare'.

Collect Cbills.

Rinse repeat.

Wow, uh....Congrats ASH etc for staying on the question.

Using Streak 6's your ammo will be low. And the Launcher in your torso is on top and is HUGE, it looks like one of the jet engine bolt on's.

So consider using Streak 4's. you get more ammo. an MPL and the launcher on top is not as HUGE!

5T of, never miss ammo is enough for 900dmg+++

More than enough.

If you run out trim the head down 6 points and 4 or so off each leg... Done.

AMS ammo is right for me cus i not only protect me,but also my team mates from enemy missiles,so i need ammo. My mech is a support mech with moderate damage dealing, and i am fine with that.

I am just curious... How often do you run out of that ammo for the AMS or the HMG? I am asking because I have two characters I play, myself, one is Tier 2 (this one), the other Tier 3. The second character is about 6-7 weeks old. I also field a lot of Mechs with AMS.

In most matches, I do not run out of 1 ton of AMS ammo. One of the Mechs I play most often is a Crab 27 with 2 AMS and 2 tons of ammo. I do have a troll version with 2 AMS and 6 tons of ammo. But outside of events, I do not even run out of 2 tons in 95% of my matches with that Mech. When lurmaggeddon was going on, however, I shot down 1600 missiles and still died to missile spam. But I have not seen that in months.

So I am just wondering whether you actually use all that ammo, or it is a "just in case" kind of thing.
