1. Spawn zones may need to be adjusted. That is okay and a legitimate issue to present. However, you failed to provide any additional concept or feedback on the issue. Do you have any suggestions on where the drop zones could be adjusted to that would provide a more balance game play for all factions?
2. It's not abuse to use what you have to your advantage. It could be said that IS abuse their quirks, especially their health quirks, and abuse cooler running weapons... if you look at it from that perspective.
3. "No skill snipe". What does this refer to exactly? Does their clan tech take control of their aiming reticle to auto-aim their weapons, taking all skill out of the equation? No. If they are sniping from a distance, it is not "no skill".
4. If they removed every map people have asked to be removed, we'd have no maps to play on at all. So no.

Nothing you have said here is actually true.
Please revisit the mechlab and gameplay. That is where you're issue lies.

How is it fair that on same kills and time out cap ratio doesn't get counted???
I capped half of their base down but we still tied on same kills even thought they only had a quarter of ours?
whats the point in trying to make partial caps if they count for nothing and you risk death?

Okay. I'll get to your question is a bit, but first...
1. This thread is old and is calling about problems between IS and Clan imbalance in Faction Play game mode.
2. You could, and should, have made a new thread for your discussion about the Assault game mode.
As for your question, it at one time use to reward wins for teams that got a higher cap total on equal kill counts. It's been changed to resulting in a tie and the base only counting for the win condition for Assault if it is completely captured. This was due to people complaining about matches were they lost despite killing more of the enemy team and a single survivor of said enemy team got a cap (among other situations).
Though I agree with you overall that the base capture amounts should be accounted for in the case of a tie on kills, if not even be the main objective, despite complaints, where the team with the most capture bar taken wins in the case of any match time out. Don't expect it to happen though. Too many people desire "team death match" game mode only to want any real objectives to actually count.
And with that said, I'm reporting this thread to a moderator so it can be closed, as it's relevancy is questionable in today's game. (Though, as a final note, I honestly don't like a lot of the quick play maps/game modes being used in Faction play. Some though work very well with Faction as alternative options.)
