Half the battle in faction is having a cohesive strategy. In its current form the only “practice” your group or unit can do is either drop on a map in private queue with one other person on the enemy team or a full 12 on 12 scrim. The former is only mildly useful, frankly boring and relatively useless for garnering loadout synergy. The latter is very resource intensive and not super realistic, in terms of a lot of units aren’t going to be able to coordinate that effectively.

My suggestion to help reignite some interest into faction as well as bring up the general pop coordination within this game mode is for PGI to implement a very basic ai enemy team option(12cnt,4wave) along with a faction training option. If you are familiar with the basic ai in training grounds as you run through river city, that is what I’m referring to. Give the bots a basic routine for walk,scan, fire.
This would allow both coordinated units and or private groups to far better coordinate and implement planned loadout builds etc, vs waiting to drop and find out half your group doesn’t even have a clue what load outs to use.
Idk, prolly too much but had a thought that this would be a very useful tool.

hey

1- i only found out about how to team play when a unit invited me through QP to join
2 - only learnt to play faction when another unit helped me over STEEEEP learning curve

Any any any way to help noobs and QP ppl into learning faction is useful.
