Hi there... The "Black Lanner" is an OmniMech, thereby allowing exchange of Weapon HardPoints. Unlike the "Hellfire" BattleMech (which can't change those), this allows extensive configuration, so there's a larger upfront cost to having one in your Mech Garage. Yeah, PGI gets you later with the "Hellfire" in terms of Engine/'Heat Sink'/Structure/Armor Purchases, which ultimately causes the two to balance out around the same Total Costs you're left paying for.

Maybe. Ask support about it. Sometimes they do that.

For c-bills? fat chance, they dont really like to do a MC mech purchase refund - or at least the support guy I got said it was a 'one time thing'. Now the website store is another bag of cats entirely.

PGI actually said that they do refund c-bills if the mech is purchased a day before the sale.

I've had net issues that caused a double purchase of c-bill mechs and it took support all of 10 minutes to refund them.
