There is instability where the game crashes and the need to restart game and/or computer, then there is being disconnected when attempting to drop into a fight but no issue with getting into the mechlab/etc.
Rerun the Repair Tool 2x.
Reboot your router and modem and restart your computer.
Location and ISP, and type of connection.
Check with all but one server selected. Repeat for each server.
Try using a VPN, as something may be blocking or throttling a pathway being taken to the game servers (different from the log in/authorization server in Canada).
