Idk if anyone else has had this, but the volume of the intro cinematics and logo stuff like "NVIDIA" and "Cryengine" are really really loud.

Like, I can hear them through the headphones from across the room loud, even though the rest of the game is volume appropriate.

Is there a way to control the sound on those with the in-game controls?

Thanks

There is a mod to skip them on reddit but there is some question if using is ok per tos.

I just spam the space bar to skip them so i dont kill the last of my hearing.

Oh I've noticed. My computer volume is at 8. EIGHT, and it's still ridiculously loud. It's worse than YouTube ads.

I still use the Creative Labs Sound Blaster Thunderclap sound for when Windows starts up :) I literally rattle my windows if I am not careful. :)

Sound settings are stored per-profile, so the game wouldn't know whose sound settings to load until they log in.

They could probably get around this by just applying the volume settings of the last-used profile.

On a scale of 1 to THX, it's at a pretty gnarly 15.

We should not complain about this. They will spend 3 months fixing it and do nothing else and when they do fix it it will be broke even worse just look at our beautiful refresh button ........ that does nothing at all.

Taco the refresh button doesn't work for you because your friends list is empty.
