Seen this before. It's not a walker, it has wheels in the feet. It just kind of skates around all lamely.

Yeah, this is actually a couple years old now. Once you see it in action, the wow factor drops like a rock. It doesn't walk at all, doesn't even lift the legs, it just alternates shuffling it's feet forward on rollers, and it's slow as hell. Buy your kid some rollerblades instead, and save 22-grand. Or give it to me. Either way is good.

Looking at it, it's even fairly obvious that it wouldn't be able to walk.

That really does knock the cool factor down about a 1000 times, especially given the price tag.
