I used the (S) model and fully speced it out but now I can't even use it because of a invalid load message that will not clear?

I've have striped it but no load ever clear the warning. I'm really glad I spent all me cash on something I can't even use.

It's because of the armor adjustment in the latest hotfix. You need to strip off all armor and manually put it back on.
