Doesn't look close enough to the Urban IIC on sarna. As for the earlier comments about the Corsair you should take a step back and figure it is the one time of year that a new mech can be made, with full creative license to the artist; while the other 10-11 months are for making mechs that already exist in cannon.

I think the (S) would probably be the Basis. It's also missing the V in the center torso.
