Screen shots or it didnt happen!!!!
Seriously though, take a screenshot of the match ending, there is an ID# which you can either add to a thread in teh patch feedback or start a new thread.

Ya I will do that. I will record it when it happens; never occurred to me very often, but had a match where over half the team was apparently afflicted. It's weirdly annoying as it has happened to me more frequently lately than ever before.
