Would be nice if you could see the load outs and slots available via a load out screen when making a purchase. I was very surprised recently to purchase a mad cat that had 2 missile hard points, but only 2 slots available so it wasn't quite the missile option I had hoped for. This info did not seem to be available so I didn't find this out until after I had bought the mech.

you can already do this. you can even go so far as to take it into mech lab and testing grounds before you buy

Yup, in the store you can go to "view in mechlab", put a build together, test in the testing grounds, etc. You can even save the build for later.
