I wanted to make sure I got a solid mech, and since I didn't already own a Crab, I went with that. I figured what with the recent changes to torso being blown off, I may as well invest in a good zombie.

Eh, I enjoy reading Sarna fluff more than playing MWO half the time. Running in circles gets old fast.

enjoying my Mauler-MX90, took a bit to find a build I liked but I think I have settled on one (2 LBX-10, 2 MRM-20, 2 ER ML) the lasers are just for backup but I can alpha the LBX and MRM together with very low heat cost. can even toss in the lasers if I need a little extra burst at the cost of some heat.

(so many missile quirks on that mech how could you not us some missiles even with the giant "shoot me here" missile boxes) then again I am not a Meta player so I just play builds that are closer to lore or that are just fun.

I did enjoy a (3 RAC/2, 1 LBX-10, 2 ML) build that did rather well but was irritating because other players kept stepping in front of a stream of RAC fire. I like RACs but a lot of the time my teams makes them ineffective.

The Mauler has been the most expensive free mech. I have played 3 matches, got the worst damage and 3 builds to go with it (6 AC2; 3 RAC2 3 AC2; UAC2s, LRM 15s). I have a new loadout now but I haven't played MWO in the last week or so.

Playing two hundred matches was the free part . That mech was hard earned wages .

I pulled a double shift . I wanted 2 champ mechs and whales wanted the chance to blow my head off with their $99 MC bonus hero .
