I dunno if this is new, but my machineguns were firing to other players. They were not however firing on my side of the game. My ammo counters weren't going, the firing effect was not playing, sound effects for firing was not playing, and my indicator was not showing I was doing damage. I was still however damaging teammates.

Dunno exactly what happened, but please check this. Might require extra pinging of clients to check weather or not they're firing?

They made it abundantly clear that I was. To them I was firing, but from everything I could tell I easn't/

End of match scores should have logged "Team Damage". If this amount was high, then you where shooting teammates (rather you knew or intended to or not). If it was low, then you probably where not.

MGs have had a few continuous fire bugs in the past... It's rare to have it happen and you may have just been the poor unlucky soul to experience it now.

Or maybe you were just getting trolled, but that's unlikely.
