For those who played a match on the 27th of December:

If you haven't already, please go here (for info)
Go here to claim
Click Redeem.

Once that button gets disabled, you're screwed.
Last year, a number of players whom qualified for the Sunspider and Roughneck heroes were unable to get them.
The reason was they didn't click redeem in time.

Today, a Warhammer IIC with a cool pattern and a Corsair hang in the balance. 80 and 95 tons respectively.

Don't squander this opportunity, "claim your birthright."

One can also claim those reward in-game with the Special Events button, the button is colored in blue.

The only thing one can NOT claim here are the loot bags. Loot bags must be claimed in a web browser here!!!

Thank you for posting this. I have never seen that part of the website and loaded up with tons of stuff. I could also see a lot of Locked buttons that were expired but I had qualified for. I will make sure to keep an eye on this now.

So I clicked the link and it says the Holiday thinger was Redeemed already...I don't recall doing anything special to redeem it tho...

I must have, I checked all my accounts and all said Redeemed...I just don't recall doing it. Believe me it was a pain to go to all my alt accounts and check them all too... Original Poster what a cruel cruel post!
