I have a Trebuchet with MRM40 in one arm.
However, the model displays only 20 missiles.
Seemingly, these is no "space" for more than 20 there.
Does this mean im only firing 20?
I seem to expend 40 ammo but that does not necessarily mean all are fired-.
I don't know how to easily test this without damageing a teammate and disconecting for the rest of the match.
Testing Grounds doesn'0t display damage dealt or other scores which seems like a MASSIVE oversight.

I think when you press the trigger, 20 + 20 fire and not 40 altogether. You won't see a cluster of 40 missiles if there aren't 40 tubes.

I think that worked for IS LRMs, but these are MRMs and last I heard they were tube-independent in theory.

No hardpoint mounts more than 20 tubes. Therefore, MRMs are fired in cascade. But they fire the full 40-missile volley nonetheless.

MRMs always volley fire, and are unaffected by the 'force volley' limitations put on LRMs and the like. An MRM40 always fires like an MRM40 regardless of tube count, visual or otherwise.
That said, why do you have an MRM mounted in your Treb's arm?

Try an Atlas, 40 missiles fire from 6 tubes.
