GHR-5N been playing this a lot lately also, lower ppc is bit low but doesn't matter really that much when you get used to it.
IMO HPPCs don't really count for sniper weapons but its fun mech to play.

The trick with any build whether it be for short range brawls or long range snipe / poke is positioning, situational awareness, and map knowledge. The more you play each match like chess, the more you'll end up surviving or even clutching.

It does matter, that's why by far the best HPPC-hoppers are 5P, 5H and hero. Both peeps in high mounts are much safer to use.
