Edit: Works now.
I had an issue with Xolla (sp?) in which it would not accept my CC verification amount that was temporarily added to my account.
After several minutes of trying different "fixes" i clicked the "live chat" button on thier support page (Xollas support) and was immediately connected with a CSR that fixed the issue within a minute or two.
The bottom line: reach out to Xolla if you're having issues with ordering MW5.
