I think it would be a huge relief to current and returning players if quick play matches started while the last player finishes connecting. Since they are already the last player to connect, it is statistically likely that they will also take a disproportionate amount of time to connect, which often results in all other players having to wait the full 90 second countdown, which quickly adds up to hours over many matches, hours that could have been spent elsewhere and not staring at a lobby screen.
It really isn't a big deal if the last player enters the match 30 seconds in. A lot of players are actually AFK during that time frame anyways. Please consider it PGI, it would be an extremely easy fix. Thank you!
