Alright... Who set off the Incoming Patch Warning, and is therefore trying to mess up the Running Events?!?!? We're going to need 24-Hour Time Extensions to compensate for that on All Running Events, simply because Events should not be messed up by this. In my opinion, shame on whoever it is that's trying to mess with our friendly Mr. Matt 'Awesome' Newman and his Events!!!

Also, it might be worth running the 45% Off Chassis Prices just one more time. I got in on the earlier round myself (and maybe I'm more nuts than I realize), but I think it would only be fair to give people who didn't get in on that Sale a final chance to get what they need for the Invasion Mech Challenges. Recently, I became aware that there's others who are confused by that cutting off so early.

...and will be looking forward to the HotFix Patch Download Link. Hopefully it will come with a Version Number and Patch File Size Amount? I do wish there was a Discussion Thread, though. That's one heck of a Bug to have happen, but it looks like it won't require a whole Hour in order to Patch it up. I think my original estimate of Another 24 Hours for all Running Events is a bit too much... Maybe just a mere 3 Hours Extra, in order to handle the disruption?

ARGH!!! I just discovered that I failed to buy one of the Mechs which I wanted for the Event. Add me to the list of people needing a re-run of the Sale.

As I post this, it's been ~25 hours since the "2019 Late January, Weekend Warrior Match Score Event" ended. For the reference, I barely managed to complete the Challenge Set about 2 hours before it ended. Getting only 1 of those 500 Match Score things was hellishly tricky this time, and forced me to select a Mech that's not on the "2019 January Invasion Mech Challenge Event" Challenge Set to do that item. I look back, and see only one thing that could have made anything easier on everyone, but it's most certainly not anything that could be done at PGI's end. That one thing would have been for those who were online and playing to be willing to actually communicate and work together. When everyone's being selfish, nobody gets to benefit, and everyone gets shafted into frustration. That's just no fun for anyone.


To our friendly Matt Newman (a.k.a. "Mr. Awesome"), as well as the rest of the PGI Events Team... Thank you for a nice 'Match Score'-based Event, and the Extra Time in order to allow those without Weekend Time to be able to participate. It is really appreciated, and I look forward to More Events that keep taking issues into account and working with and around them.

As a new player who built a gaming PC literally 2 Days ago for just this game and the up coming MW5: Mercs I was really excited to see this banner and the -45% off on Invasion mechs... Albeit to say, while in game I realized even though the banner was up, there is no current sale on the mechs... What a heartbreak... Thought I was going to get to jumpstart my mechbay

You actually missed BOTH of the 'Sales Windows' that happened during this Event. I'll wish you better luck however for the next time at getting in on a Mech Sale.
