In the past I have posted in the past an idea of how Elementals can be introduced into MWO without having people pilot them, because let us be honest, one Elemental would not be able to do much jumping 90m and going 10kph. Basically they were consumables that acted like turrets with 5x Small Lasers and 5x SRM2s with two shots. 'Mechs equipped with the consumable wouldn't be able to fire torso mounted weapons until the Elementals we're deployed. Also, Swarming was an option and some other stuff was thrown in, but that's not what this is about.

Since it is unlikely that PGI is going to add in Elemental consumables, I have come up with another way to get them into the game: as bolt-ons. They should be sold as one for each of the front side torsos and one for each of the three back torso locations for a total of 5. They could each be a different post and maybe animated with them looking around or scanning with their guns. Also, PGI could release them with each Clan's stock faction paint job.

Get me Jade Falcon Elemental bolt-ons and you would see me spending a crazy amount of MC on mounting them on all my favorite OmniMechs. Have this (https://goo.gl/images/NiUhKS) falcon head painted on the CJF Elemental helmets and I will buy them as gifts for people.

I'm against adding Elementals as consumables but would like to see them as a pilotable option for a few reasons.

However, Elementals as a bolt on would be pretty cool and something I would get.

You are not alone, I even made a concept of various Battle Armor for both Inner Sphere and Clan Factions:
If they were colorable just like other bolt-ons, I'd be a happy man.
