Another question ; how does rate of fire work on machine guns if they are hitscan weapons like lasers. Does that mean instead of 1 damage per second, it's now 1.1 damage per second if you have rate of fire quirk of 10% ?

So then what does velocity for machine guns do if they are hitscan weapons. Light machine gun has velocity of 200 whole regular and heavy are 100.... This game is so confusing.

I believe it affects the velocity of the gun's tracer effects and nothing else.
