It will in that you will no longer need tag to boost lock on speed. We have rolled that functionality into the base LOS lock-on systems.
You can still utilize TAG in order to target someone who is under an ECM bubble or utilizing Stealth Armor. The only thing you will loose is the boost to lock-on speed.
