Movie: A Fistful of Dollars

Rated R (Violence)
Staring Clint Eastwood

In this western classic produced in 1964, the hero of the film wanders into a town that is facing a power struggle between two groups. The hero then gains the employment of one of the groups, whom he torments from within.

Scenes include, a little boy running across an earthen street at the start of the film. The hero using an iron plate as improvised armor in a confrontation against a rifle, and a wagon containing some form of Gatling gun shooting the daylights out of a group of soldiers. There are enough dead bodies in this film to put a smile upon the face of the legendary Joe Bob Briggs with his three B's.

While I usually don't watch westerns, I would have to say this is a decent film, with a high kill count but is otherwise clean. I would not recommend it for small children or in places of the clinically insane. My favored scene is where the hero uses a large barrel loaded onto a ramp to take care of a pair of his captors.
