Just curiosity, since i've ust recently come back to the game. Not sure how a lot of things work, but how often do they have those mech sales? I liked the look of some of them but things being what they are..have to wait..just how often does it happen?

You can expect at least one mech sale per month bro . 
On special holidays you get an uber mech sale , Probably best to wait for these ones . Its the biggest bang for your buck .
