To keep smaller missile launchers relevant : Give all missile salvos an equal amount of HP.

Using 20 HP per salvo as an example :
- LRM20 missiles : 20 HP / 20 missiles = 1 HP per missile
- LRM15 missiles : 20 HP / 15 missiles = 1.33 HP per missile
- LRM10 missiles : 20 HP / 10 missiles = 2 HP per missile
- LRM5 missiles : 20 HP / 5 missiles = 4 HP per missile
- MRM40 missiles : 20 HP / 40 missiles = 0.5 HP per missile
- Streak2 missiles : 20 HP / 2 missiles = 10 HP per missile
- ...

This means AMS would shoot down an equal percentage of missiles per salvo of any missile launcher, which would keep the smaller missile launchers (such as LRM5 or Streak2) relevant, while also making it easier to balance AMS vs any size or kind of missile launcher.

I'd rather they just use "ghost health", which decreases missile health with the amount of missiles being fired at a single volley.
