Hi guys, noob here my Laser AMS says inactive how do i turn it on

Check your keybindings. I changed mine a long time ago. So I don't know the default off the top of my head.

I'd bind it to a comfortable to reach button. I tried dual laser ams on one of my Piranhas with only MGs. I was treating it like a support mech. Even on a cold map with missiles constantly going over head it managed to overheat heat the mech lol. So you gotta be careful depending on the build and map.

You can always use the arrow keys and CTRL same as when assigning weapons to groups - when done on an AMS, it insteads toggles it off and on.
