Most everything I see here mimics what I have seen. I THINK The main thing this game needs is Coms at ALL TIMES... WHY when you make a group in LFG, and get a group going the ONLY time you can chat is if you have a offline option that they use as well.. ( rare ), or during the short readyup period... Seriously WoT has had ingame chat for those with headsets since its inception. How is that NOT built into the game yet ? How come is it so hard for them to code it ? Then maybe added to a voice activated talk ( similar to Discord ).
THAT is what I find the most limiting factor. Also how come with a game set on setting up factions, there is no way to actively do recruiting.. similar to LFG..? LFU ? LFF ?
As much as this game has improved and changed the last few years, the simple communication piece to me seems the biggest missing piece, and its ALWAYS been this bad.
As for dropping in Faction, its hit or miss for me.. But to be honest the wait time is often in excess of 10-40 minutes with a small group, almost never when solo.. and when adults only have 2-3 hours to play a game.. thats just far too long. I would think times like right now.. ( 11PM EST on a Saturday night ) would be the most popuated time.. but I can't seem to get a FW drop right now as a solo.
Anyway... I'm recruiting.. OR looking for a Unit.. because as noted earlier.. I like to play and chat ( over mic ) with others.. playing this with no socializing.. kind of sucks.

And to the point about Comms:
I hope so much that they improve comms, it is so hard to coordinate a 12 man before the match starts if you want to do something else besides the standard tactics.
We wanted to do an Assassin rush on Boreal Attack but just 6 men managed to bring the assassins, the rest wanted to but failed because time was too short. I mean, i have to write in the chat to explain the plan and set my drop deck in ANOTHER window at the same time within 60 sec.
