I wan't to buy a collection or something to play on Faction, can I get a few recommendations for purchase options, loadout suggests for that would be nice as well.

I will tell you the mechs that are standard for Clan faction play. In other words, a serious drop team will wonder why these are not in your arsenal:

L: ACH Artic Cheetah- Does it all light mech
M: SCR Storm Crow- Make sure its a Boomcrow or a mini laser vomitter
M: HBK Hunchback- Buy a better engine for it or else don't waste your time and get the Crow instead.
H: LBK Linebacker- 99KPH of heavy armor and the most fun brawling ever done. LBK rushes will make you happy.
H: HBR Hellbringer- Make it a range master and rule the overwatch needs, (EBJ after this when you get really serious)
A: MCII Mad Cat- The backbone of nearly every clan assault package. In fact, get two, the B and DS.
